Courses for ADI’s to improve their skills and their qualifications are offered at our Northamptonshire training school. Highly qualified tutors, working in the driver training industry with 25 years experience make our courses successful and well subscribed.

Everyone has the capacity to improve their teaching techniques, and we run a course specifically for that, this has been proven to improve check test grades, and to create a new way of developing teaching and learning between teacher and pupil.

Coaching is the current buzz word, yet many courses, even those advertised for sometime, generally lack total comprehension of basic coaching skills. Our coaching courses are easy to interpret, are interesting and interactive. In a workshop environment it becomes easier to understand the depth of coaching. As coaching is a style of teaching, incorporating it into everyday work can be difficult. With our courses it is very clear how to incorporate coaching into everyday tutoring of both learners and full licence holders. We also run a seperate coaching module for the DSA accredited fleet courses.

Fleet courses run from our training school are accredited by the DSA through DIAmond, and are modula over 4 days. Course dates are regularly updated. If you just wish to have help with one module then please contact our school directly for availability. Our fleet tutor has been running fleet training courses since 2005 with excellent results and brilliant feedback. As a company we deliver fleet training on a regular basis, and therefore are up to date with current market requirements and recruiting companies. We also offer fleet placements occasionally for DSA qualified fleet badge holders who have been trained by Central Driver Training Limited.

CPD – an acronym regularly misinterpreted. We run many CPD courses and have done since 1987. CPD is not a new phenomenon, but it is something that anyone who takes a pride in their career would do well to invest in. We run a mythbuster course, a regular CPD course and an advanced CPD course.
